Day 1 | Friday, July 10: Arrival in Naples – Caserta (Meals: -/-/D)

Welcome to Italy!

Your Italian journey begins with arrival at Naples International Airport, where a comfortable private coach will greet you. A short drive brings you to the city of Caserta, where you will check into the welcoming Plaza Caserta 4★ Hotel.

In the afternoon, explore the magnificent Royal Palace of Caserta, often called the “Versailles of Italy.” Built in the 18th century, this UNESCO World Heritage site impresses with its grand Baroque-to-Neoclassical architecture, vast gardens, and ornate fountains. It was once a residence for Bourbon kings and today stands as one of Europe’s largest royal palaces.

The evening concludes with a group dinner at the hotel, setting the stage for your cultural adventure.

Day 2 | Saturday, July 11: Pompeii & Naples (Meals: B/-/D)

After breakfast, travel back in time on a guided excursion to Pompeii – the ancient Roman city
frozen in time by the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD. Walking through its streets, you’ll see
preserved villas, forums, and frescoes that offer an extraordinary glimpse into everyday life
nearly 2,000 years ago.


Enjoy free time for lunch before heading to Naples, the lively capital of southern Italy. A guided
city tour reveals its historic center, vibrant squares, and a taste of Neapolitan charm – from
baroque churches to bustling cafés.
Return to Caserta for dinner and a relaxing evening.

Day 3 | Sunday, July 12: Caserta – Salerno – Amalfi Coast – Caserta (Meals:
B/-/D)

This morning, set off on a scenic drive to Salerno, gateway to the famous Amalfi Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Along the way, admire cliffs plunging into turquoise seas and picturesque villages clinging to hillsides.

From Salerno, embark on a leisurely boat ride along the Amalfi coastline, considered one of the world’s most breathtaking shorelines. You’ll have free time to swim, stroll through charming coastal towns, and enjoy a relaxed seaside lunch.

Return to Caserta in the evening for dinner. At night, prepare for a special highlight: a concert for the Ukrainian community in Naples, supported by the Consulate and local organizations – a heartfelt evening of cultural connection.

Day 4 | Monday, July 13: Free Day (Meals: B/-/D)

Enjoy breakfast and a free day for personal leisure. Spend time relaxing by the seaside or continue exploring Naples at your own pace.

Dinner awaits back at the hotel in Caserta, giving you time to recharge for the adventures ahead.

Day 5 | Tuesday, July 14: Caserta – Rome (Meals: B/-/D)

After breakfast, depart for Rome, the Eternal City. Upon arrival, set out on a guided sightseeing tour that unveils Rome’s timeless splendor. From monumental piazzas to ancient ruins, every corner breathes history

Later, check into the comfortable Pinewood Hotel 4★, located in a peaceful green area with convenient access to the Vatican.


Enjoy free time to stroll Rome’s boulevards before gathering for dinner at the hotel.

Day 6 | Wednesday, July 15: Rome – Vatican & Colosseum (Meals: B/-/D)

After A full day of history awaits. After breakfast, begin a walking tour of Rome (group travels by
metro, tickets not included).


Your first stop is the heart of Christianity, St. Peter’s Basilica in Vatican City, an architectural wonder designed by masters like Michelangelo and Bernini. Continue to the mighty Colosseum, the iconic amphitheater where gladiators once battled. With skip-the-line access, you’ll step inside one of the world’s most celebrated monuments.


Free time in the afternoon allows you to explore at leisure before returning to the hotel for dinner.

Day 7 | Thursday, July 16: Rome – Siena – Montecatini Terme (Meals: B/-/D)

Depart Rome after breakfast for Siena (approx. 240 km), a jewel of Tuscany famous for its medieval streets, Gothic architecture, and the stunning Piazza del Campo, where the historic Palio horse race takes place. A guided walking tour brings Siena’s rich history alive, showcasing its UNESCO-listed old town.

After free time for lunch, continue to the spa town of Montecatini Terme, renowned for its
thermal springs and 19th-century elegance. Check into your 3–4★ hotel and enjoy dinner.

Day 8 | Friday, July 17: Florence & Festival Opening (Meals: B/-/D)

After breakfast, set out for Florence, cradle of the Renaissance. A walking tour introduces the city’s masterpieces: the Duomo with Brunelleschi’s dome, Giotto’s bell tower, and Piazza della Signoria, surrounded by sculptures that shaped Western art. Florence’s legacy as the home of Dante, Michelangelo, and Leonardo da Vinci will inspire every visitor.

Return to Montecatini in the afternoon. Dinner is followed by a special official meeting of
ensemble leaders and Italian hosts, with gift exchanges.

In the evening, participation in the XIV International Summer Festival “Meet the Tradition”,
where the Ukrainian ensemble performs on an open-air stage – a proud moment of cultural exchange and celebration.

Day 9 | Saturday, July 18: Montecatini – Excursions & Optional Concert
(Meals: B/-/D)

A leisurely morning begins with breakfast, after which you may take the funicular up to Montecatini Alto, the town’s historic hilltop center offering panoramic views of Tuscany.

Depending on the ensemble’s wishes, a solo concert may be organized in nearby towns, offering another chance to share Ukrainian dance and song. Alternatively, enjoy an optional
seaside excursion to Viareggio, famous for its beaches and vibrant promenade.

Dinner is served back at the hotel.

Day 10 | Sunday, July 19: Festival Performance (Meals: B/-/D)

After breakfast, the morning is yours to relax and prepare.

Later in the day comes one of the tour’s highlights: a festival performance at the XIV International Summer Festival, with a 15-minute program on the open-air stage. This is a shining moment of Ukrainian culture meeting international traditions, celebrated by an enthusiastic audience.

Dinner rounds off a memorable day.

Day 11 | Monday, July 20: Montecatini – Verona Area (Meals: B/-/D)

Enjoy breakfast before traveling north to the Verona region. After the drive, check into your hotel (3–4★) near Verona.

Dinner is included at the hotel, leaving the evening for rest.

Day 12 | Tuesday, July 21: Verona & Lake Garda (Meals: B/-/D)

Start the day with breakfast before a guided tour of Verona, the romantic city immortalized by Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet. Explore its Roman amphitheater, medieval bridges, and charming piazzas.

In the afternoon, continue to Sirmione, a picturesque town on Lake Garda. Known for its medieval castle, healing thermal springs, and lakeside views, it offers the perfect mix of history and leisure. Free time is given for lunch, swimming, or a boat ride on Italy’s largest llake.

Day 13 | Wednesday, July 22: Lake Garda & Theme Parks (Meals: B/-/D)

Breakfast at the hotel, followed by a day of optional activities:
● Relax on the shores of Lake Garda, Italy’s beloved summer retreat
● Visit Gardaland Resort, one of Europe’s most famous amusement parks.
● Explore Movieland Studios, a Hollywood-themed attraction.
● Discover Parco Natura Viva, a zoological park and safari.

Return in the evening for dinner at the hotel.

Day 14 | Thursday, July 23: Verona Area – Venice (Meals: B/-/D)

After breakfast, depart for Venice, the floating city of canals and gondolas. Arriving by boat transfer, you’ll step onto St. Mark’s Square, the heart of Venice. A guided walking tour reveals St. Mark’s Basilica, the Doge’s Palace, and the romantic Bidges crossing shimmering canals.

Enjoy free time to wander or join an optional group lunch. For those seeking the quintessential
Venetian experience, gondola rides are available (up to 6 people per gondola)

Later, transfer back by boat to your coach and check into Hotel San Giuliano 3★, Mestre, just outside Venice. Dinner rounds off your last full evening in Italy.

Minimum group size: 40 people.

During the program preparation period, changes are possible and will be coordinated with the group members.

If necessary, the number of days and meals can be changed according to the group's wishes.

Approximately two weeks before the start of the tour, an hourly program will be drawn up for the group.
